Renting of land and buildings in Galati Free Trade Zone

Renting of land, buildings or deposit spaces inside Galati Free Zone is ruled by Govern Decision no 1669 / 2004.

Land and buildings from Galati Free Trade Zone cand be rented on a period of minimim 1 month and maximum 5 years. Renting, as well as concession inside Galati Free Trade Zone is made my public auction procedure.

Any economic activity inside Galati Free Trade Zone is made on basis of a work license and access permits

Steps of renting auction: (click)

publish of announcement for public auction in a local newspaper;
2 days before date of auction, participants presetns at Galati Free Trade Zone requests for participation;
comission analyse the participation requests, technical offers, payment documents and selects participants on evaluation criteria basis;
renting public auction is held at the date, time and place mentioned in the auction announcement;
participants will present at this date the financial offer in sealed envelope;
after opening financial offers, comission drafts a notice and a decision of winning that are given to all participants;
complains can be presented in 24 hour term from the date of comunnication of winning notice and comission analyse them in 48 hours and makes a written response to each complain;
after finalizing of this procedure,comission drafts a notice of renting validation;
renting contract is signed in maximum 5 working days from the date of validation of renting auction;
if there is only one participant that fulfills the conditions in auction book negotiation and renting contract signing can be made only with this participant
